Discover the Truth About the Six Pack Exercise Routine and Diet to Lose Belly Fat Quickly

When you have decided to go in for those golden six pack abs you have to know the right methods in order to get them in quick and simple ways. You also need to put in a lot of hard work and commitment as the abdominal region in the body is a very stubborn fat area and you must be dedicated in losing it with the right methods. When you start off with your belly fat burning process you have to combine the two methods of the six pack exercise routine and diet. Both of these two methods go hand in hand and it is for this reason that you have to adhere to both of them strictly.

The six pack exercise routine and diet comprises of a list of cardiovascular and aerobic exercises coupled with the right nutrition that will help you burn the belly fat faster. The common six pack exercise routine and diet comprises of walking, cycling, dancing and sprinting. These exercises are very effective in burning body fat and at the same time help you get energy as well. There are other body workouts like the standard push ups, body squats, and the body weight lunges that help you burn fat from this stubborn region successfully. These exercises have to be done regularly and you should never quit. You need to be committed and focused and it is only then that you can successfully shed body fat.

The second combination of the six pack exercise routine and diet is consuming the right food. The body takes some time to get used to a diet and then it can successfully burn fat effectively. There are many people who promptly go for low fat diets but this is not the correct approach. A low fat diet tends to slow down metabolism and you only get temporary results as this diet does not help you in the long run. They tend to burn both fat and muscle tissue however you will only lose weight for a while.

There are many people who go in for zero carbohydrate diets but this again is the wrong approach that is adopted by a large number of people. The trick is to go in for a low carbohydrate diet that will help you shed the abdominal fat with success. So you do not have to completely rule out carbohydrate from your diet at all. This diet helps you top get all the basic nutrients that your body requires in order to lose body fat effectively and positively.

Thus, with the six pack exercise routine and diet getting a well-toned stomach is not impossible. You must ensure that you follow both and not quit. Both with be of immense benefit to you and no matter how stubborn your belly fat may seem you will be able to shed them successfully. So why wait? Get back your lost confidence by going in for the six pack exercise routine and diet that will bring back your lost self esteem. This combination can be followed by both men and women so start with it today and see the difference for yourself!

The Unique Truth About Six Pack Abs Program

Six-pack abs, everyone wants them, but only some know the best ways to get them. Contrary to popular belief, it's not just about staying loyal to the standard crunches. Developing six pack abs can only be accomplished through a much more effective full body training routine that maximizes both your metabolic response and your hormonal response to your workouts. Developing a six pack of abs is big right now for one reason, they're sexy and a sign of good health.

Exercise and good diet are so important in a healthy life. The truth about six pack abs though, is that they might not be for your body. Exercise can be a pain too, however, if stretching your hand to pick up a doughnut and carrying it all the way to your mouth, is considered exercise, I get plenty of it. Honestly, I'm just the same as any other office worker today, who just needs an excuse to skip work. Exercise, of course, also plays a vital role. It never ceases to amaze me the amount of gimmicks created for the sole purpose of aesthetically enhancing the abdominal region.

Dietary changes that are not overly restrictive is the first thing that the program requires you to make. This makes sense because, no matter what else you do to get rid of abdominal fat, unless you cut the source that is creating the problem, with exercises you will only be burning off what you have put on that day, not the accumulated fat. Diet is more important than exercise when it comes to a 6 pack. I mean you can have all of the muscle in the world but if you have too much fat over top of it, there will be no definition.

One program that has been very successful is Mike Geary's Truth About Six Pack Abs program. Mike publishes a very informative e-newsletter discussing new tips and workouts. The main thing I like about this program (apart from great results!) is the satisfaction I get from the workouts. After just a few sets of the unique exercises in the Truth About Abs (Renegade rows and One arm snatches being my favorites) I can feel that my body has been worked thoroughly and after a full session, I simply feel great and exhausted!! Mike creates a 20-something list of the top ab workouts, with illustrations and pictures so you know you are doing it right. While over half of them may seem hard to do at home, I can say that if you got a few weights you are good to go.

Learn The Right Workout And Diet To Achieve Six Pack Abs

One of the top stated goals of men and women who regularly attend the gym is to get toned and flat abs. The abdominal muscles are what truly identify someone that is serious about a healthy diet and fitness, and someone who is not. The best strategy to get those six pack abs before the next trip to the beach will include eating a healthy diet, performing abs exercises, doing cardio, and having a full body workout routine.

Eating unhealthy foods can make all the abs exercises go for naught. When working towards a goal of 6 pack abs, it is crucial to eliminate all the fat in the current diet, and begin a low fat, low carb diet immediately. Foods like French fries, chips, candy bars and soda are examples of foods that will add body fat to the body. Try to concentrate on eating low carb foods that will help to build lean muscles. Eating right is as important as exercising when having an overall goal of fat loss.

To achieve the long-desired six pack, perform exercises that focus on toning the abdominal muscles. Some of the simplest, yet most effective abs-targeting workouts are sit-ups and crunches. These exercises are not only good for fat burning, but also making the muscles more prominent. As with any exercise routine, combine the abs-exercises with complete body workouts to really see the effects.

Cardio training is a major part of a six pack abs workout and will help achieve the goal quicker. The most orthodox methods like running, jogging, climbing stairs, cycling and walking, all still work best. Doing cardio workouts in the early morning, between six and nine is best. Cardio training on an empty stomach will allow the metabolism to burn more calories and force the body to use energy from stored fat.

The final step in the fat burning process is full body exercises. Nothing will help achieve great abdominal muscles faster than working every muscle in the body. Remember, building a lean body with great muscle tone will definitely speed the metabolism, making it easy to lose fat fast. Continuing to monitor progress, and keeping the set goals in mind at all times, will lead to 6 pack abs quicker than ever thought possible.

With the health conscious world we live in today, it seems that everybody wants to get six pack abs, and quick. The problem is that only a handful of people are actually willing to put in the hard work and determination needed to get the desired results. Staying committed, and focusing on diet, abs exercises, cardio and total body workouts will lead to sexy washboard abs.

Fat Loss is the goal of many people when they start a workout routine. However, people who want more, like Six Pack Abs, will have to have a focused routine and diet that is proven. Ab-Workouts-To-Look-Hot.com has a workout program for abs that has proven to be effective in getting that washboard stomach.

The Ultimate Secrets to a Flat Stomach and Six Pack Abs

With this article, I want to show you why you might be struggling to lose that stubborn stomach fat that is covering up your abs. These are the main reasons most people just can not seem to get those six pack abs that everyone desires. If you haven't already seen me around online somewhere, I'm the creator of one of the most popular abdominals and fat loss programs on the internet.

So in this article I want to highlight for you the main points and strategies that I use to make this program one of the most effective programs in existance for fully developing your abdominals as well as getting rid of that stubborn stomach fat that is covering them up.

Pay attention, because once you get this stuff right and start using these techniques regularly, you'll be showing off your ripped abs in no time flat, whether it's at the beach, at the pool, in the bedroom, wherever... Just think how great it's going to feel when people are complimenting you on your washboard stomach!

Alright, here's what make's The Truth about Six Pack Abs different:

1. The main focus of this program is NOT abs exercises... And, better yet, this program consistently get's better results by NOT focusing on abs exercises!

I know that sounds counterintuitive, but the fact of the matter is that abs exercises are ok, and you do need to do a certain amount of them to develop the abdominals as best as possible. But to be honest, most people that are trying to get better looking abdominals waste WAY too much time training the abs directly. What you really need to focus on is burning off the extra fat that is covering them up.

Let's get this straight right now... Abs exercises do NOT burn fat away from your abs! This can only be accomplished through a much more effective full body training routine that maximizes both your metabolic response and your hormonal response to your workouts. This is the main focus of my Truth about Six Pack Abs Program.

Now don't get me wrong. It wouldn't be an abs program if I didn't show you the most effective exercises for developing your abdominals. I also give you detailed instructions and photos on how to do them right. But like I said, the main focus of this program is the secret method that I use to compile the full body training routines and maximize your fat burning effect.

This is the main reason that this program will be much more effective for you than any other abs programs you've ever tried before. You've got my word on that.

2. This program uses none of your typical boring monotonous cardio routines.

In fact, you don't have to do any typical cardio if you don't want to! I actually recommend against it.

Seriously, almost every program out there tells you that you must do endless cardio exercise regularly to lose the body fat that is covering your abs. Most of them tell you to do 30-60 minutes of cardio exercise 3-4 days/week in addition to your strength training routines.

The truth is that this is not only unnecessary, but it can actually be counterproductive if you're really trying to get as lean as possible, as quick as possible. I go into this in much more detail in the book, but basically this all comes back to the aspects of your metabolic rate, how much lean muscle you have, the hormonal response in your body from the exercise, and the residual calorie burn in the hours and days following your workouts. And normal boring cardio routines are all wrong when it comes to maximizing these effects!

Now you're probably thinking that since I'm against typical boring cardio routines, then that must simply mean I'm a proponent of interval training. Yes, as a matter of fact, I believe interval training is MUCH better than typical cardio.

However, I also use a special exercise combination and sequencing in my Truth about Six Pack Abs Program that gets even more powerful fat loss and muscle defining results than interval training. And that's saying something, because interval training kicks butt! You'll find out how this system works inside the program.

Want proof that you don't need typical long-duration steady-pace cardio?

Well, first of all, I actually took a course recently that was devoted to scientific research into why steady-pace cardio exercise is actually not that effective at strengthening the heart. The focus of the research basically boiled down to the fact that the heart needs to be trained in a wide variety of ranges to actually be truly strengthened and ready for all the various stresses that life throws at it. Not only that, but steady-pace cardio was also proven in the research studies to be far less effective in the long term at reducing body fat stores.

To give you a real life example... Personally, I haven't done what most people would label "cardio" in probably well over 5 years, and I'm actually leaner now and have a lower bodyfat % now than years ago when I did cardio regularly. Not only that, but my heart is in the best condition ever, as I now consistently have the resting heart rate of an elite athlete at about 50 bpm (remember that lower is better). My resting heart rate used to be in the mid to upper 60's years ago when I used to do typical cardio and strength training routines like most people do.

This improvement in both body fat % and reduced resting heart rate is the direct result of the unique training methods I used in developing the programs in The Truth about Six Pack Abs.

3. This program does NOT revolve around having to use supplements or "fat-loss" pills.

Trust me when I say that for the most part, about 95% of supplements are a complete waste of your hard earned money. I've been approached by supplement companies in the past looking for me to promote their products for them, and offering me a lot of money to do so. Well, you know what I do? I tell them to shove it! Seriously, I won't promote something to my readers that I don't honestly believe in.

The fact is, I've learned over the years through my own experience, as well as hundreds of my clients and friends experiences with supplements, that they are really just selling you the dream that their pill or powder will be some "magical" solution to your struggle with getting that lean ripped body that you've been wanting for years. In reality, most supplements do nothing at all to help you improve your body.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not totally bashing supplement companies, but like I said, about 95% of the products they promote are worthless, and won't create any noticeable changes in your body. I will admit that there can be a place for meal replacements for people that can't find the time to prepare or pack all of their real food meals. I also admit that I do think a high quality, fast digesting protein like whey protein can be useful to mix into your post-workout smoothies.

But the fact is that real food is always better for you than processed supplements (as long as you pick the right "real foods"). Anybody that tells you otherwise has either been brainwashed by all of the propaganda and super-hyped up ads that the supplement companies have spread throughout every magazine on the planet, or they have financial ties to selling supplements in some way themselves.

I have dedicated myself to not being lured into the lucrative world of selling supplements. Even though I could make a lot more money selling supplements than by selling my abs program, it's just plain against my morals to rip people off like that.

Frankly, it amazes me that most people are more willing to spend $30, $40, even $50 or more on a bottle of pills or powder than to spend $30 on a comprehensive training and nutrition guide like this Truth about Six Pack Abs program, which will set them up for life on training programs and dietary secrets that will keep them lean and ripped for life. The only thing that bottle of pills or powder is going to do is give you expensive urine! You make the choice.

4. This program does not revolve around using any fancy "ab machines" or "ab gadgets".

In case you were suckered into buying any of these worthless ab belts, loungers, rockers, or any other worthless ab gadget or machine, I have bad news... You were ripped off!

The truth is that most of these machines and gadgets are not the best way to develop the abdominal muscles. Sure, some of them may help a tiny bit with strengthening the abdominals, but they are far less effective than some of the best floor, hanging, and standing abs exercises.

Also, more importantly, virtually all of these abs machines, belts, and gadgets do absolutely nothing to burn fat off of the abdominal area!

Again, losing the fat that's covering up your abs can only be accomplished with a smart nutritional program, and a well designed progressional training program that increases your metabolism and stimulates your fat-burning hormones in your body. Achieving this is simple once you understand the secrets I reveal in the Truth about Six Pack Abs program.

5. This program does not include some sort of fad diet or gimmicky diet trend.

None of that here. I promise you won't be given any more crap about needing to eat "low-carb" or "low-fat", or low or high anything, for that matter. The nutritional secrets I reveal in this program go against all of the authors and companies out there that are trying to lure you in with another one of their gimmicks.

The fact is that they need to come up with some sort of different "angle", so that their diet program appears unique and gives the media something to talk about. That's why there's always some gimmick, like low-fat, or low-carb, or high protein, or the "colors diet", the "low glycemic index diet", the fasting diet, the cabbage diet, and so on.

Instead, I wanted to give you the truth about what it really takes to eat a nutritious diet that not only will have you burning off that stubborn belly fat, but will also have you feeling full of energy every single day. If you don't already feel energetic and alive every single day, then you are missing out, because it is an awesome feeling!

The great thing is that once you start eating balanced and healthy all the time, you virtually eliminate cravings altogether. Personally, I used to crave sweets constantly before I adopted the nutritious diet that I currently eat. Now, I can honestly say I can't remember the last craving I had. It had to be more than 5 years ago... no joke!

Not only that, but I actually enjoy everything I eat way more than I used to years ago when I ate a lot of junk. Does that mean that I never eat burgers, or pizza, or beer? Of course not... We all have a social life. In fact, there are actually very healthy ways and variations to preparing healthier burgers and healthier pizza that I occasionally use.

I hope this article has given you some insight as to where you may be going wrong with your exercise and nutrition plans in striving for those elusive abs. See below for more info on losing stubborn stomach fat and developing ripped six pack abs.

Faster Six Pack Abs Secrets

It is not about working one muscle at a time. Of course when you work one muscle group at a time, you naturally get one result at a time. These days, when everyone is trying to find the fastest six pack abs regimen possible, every physical trainer is advocating for the use of several muscle groups all at once. These exercises are meant to intensify the workout in as little time as possible. Aside from that, other non-exercise based elements are also thrown in for good measure. Diet, posture and lifestyle are also regulated to ensure that that person gets the fastest six pack abs anyone can muster. How does this work? Here's how:

First, there is the exercise. Almost everyone assumes that the fastest six pack abs exercises are those that target the abdominal region only. And that is basically why most of these people fail in acquiring the abs they want. Again, it is not about working one muscle group at a time. It is about working the entire package. A person should focus on all the major muscles of the body. The less fat that the body carries, the better the exercises will turn out in the end. Additionally, when a person is in his or her peak fighting form, exercises can be intensified in such a degree that it takes less time to do the same routine, but with better and faster results.

It should be noted that intensified exercises are really not for everyone, despite what online marketers are claiming. These are certainly not for novices who are only starting a new exercise routine or for the moderately fit people who have semi-regular / almost exercise regimens. Intensified workouts can only be carried by extremely fit people. These workouts can be condensed into short bursts of strength training - as little as 30 seconds at a time - but can be extremely taxing on bones and musculature. Many intensified abs workouts work all the abdominal muscles all at the same time, (including the core muscles, and referred muscles) while implementing resistance and balance training as well. So, a person needs to first shed off all unwanted pounds, spike up overall fitness by a notch or two, before he or she can subscribe to any workout that includes intensified exercises.

Secondly, concentrating solely on exercises alone is a major no-no. Exercises can only do so much, but if a person wants the fastest six pack abs regimen possible, it is also imperative to alter diet, posture and current lifestyle as well. Diet plays a critical role in any weight plan program. Diets should be used not only to cut back on calories, but to sustain the body as well al throughout the duration of the exercise regimen. This is especially true when it comes to intensified workouts, wherein calories can be burned off almost instantaneously.

A great posture also helps keep muscles and bones in great shape. A slouchy posture only decreases that body's tendency to work the muscles as they should be. And lastly, altering one's lifestyle is also beneficial. Clean living should include banning everything that can hamper a fastest six pack abs workout, like smoking, drinking too much and yes - even taking unwarranted strong prescription medicines.

Diet.

To get your abs to show requires you to reduce these layers of fat. Having a well balanced diet that covers all the bodies required food groups is key to reducing body fat.

Core body exercises

Core body exercises are based around the midsection of your body. There are 29 core muscle groups that need to be trained. These include the pelvic floor muscles, abdominals and obliques. Working these muscles groups help to maintain balance, strengthen the back and give a more stable base when performing more vigorous exercise routines.

Weight training

To aid in the reduction of body fat, weight training is required on a regular basis. Getting the heart pumping and developing muscle helps to speed up your metabolism. This intern helps to burn fat. Regular weight training had been proven to increase the metabolic rate by as much as 15%. So adding a good resistance training routine into your schedule is a must to help get those six pack abs.

Cardiovascular training.

Cardiovascular training strengthens the heart and blood vessels. Generally cardiovascular training is associated with any activity that gets the heart pumping harder. This can be as simple as a brisk walk, riding a bicycle and running miles on a treadmill. The benefits of these types of exercises are not to be under estimated. They aid in weight loss, give you more energy and increases your overall health.

So, if you thought getting six pack abs was easy then think again. To get ripped means you have to do all the above. Exercise and train your body on a regular basis and then feed your body the right food. If you put no effort in you get nothing out.
